သင္ဖုန္းကGoogle account ကို ၀င္ထားတယ္ဆိုရင္မွာ အသုံး၀င္မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္..ပုံမွန္အားျဖင့္ေတာ့ contact ေတြကို back up လုပ္ထားတာအေကာင္းဆုံးပါပဲ..ပထမဆုံး  login to Gmail လုပ္ပါ.ေအာက္မွျပထားတဲ့အတိုင္း contact ကိုသြားေပးပါ

contact page ကိုေရာက္ပါၿပီ,  drop-down menu ကေန  choose Restore contacts.

ဒီေပ့ကေန ျပန္restore လုပ္မယ္ .. date ကိုေရြးေပးၿပီး restore လုပ္ႏိုင္ပါလိမ့္မယ္

Gmailမွာrestoreလုပ္ၿပီးရင္ ဖုန္းထဲကို sync လုပ္ရပါမယ္ Android Settings > Accounts > Choose Your Google ID and sync contacts တိုင္းသြားေပးလိုက္ရုံပါပဲ ဒါကေတာ့Google ကိုသုံးၿပီးေတာ့ deleted contacts ေတြကို ျပန္ restore လုပ္လုိက္တာပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္...
